Thats a "desync".
Rollback is typically: Server instance crashes and you lose progress from inside the map. You get disconnected and then: XP is set back to when you entered the map. And items disappear from the inventory that were picked up.

Nope, even worse for me (All EU Server)....have a free day today and there shouldn't be that many player online (bcs of work & school) but it's even worse than during the WE. -.-

We can say that in next 3-5 hours, not earlier.
Currently there only 60k ppl in Steam.
Problems starting when ppl come home and steam online kicks around ~100k concurrent for 5-6 hours straight.

Currenly all EU servers lagging like Hell right now.
Constant spikes 80-200ms.
