SG server: 3/4 instances I make are 280 ping, normal ones are 40

yea its more playable today it seems, no spike over 100ms

Yeah they're probably doing some tweaking behind the scenes given these daily fluctuations. I'm just trying to give as much info to work with as possible
Bump. 270 ping on Singapore 3/4 times, normally it's 60 ping.
Yep it got worse on singapore today which I thought wasnt possible lmao.

Used to get 165 ping on bad instances and 60 on good ones. Today its 240 on bad and 80 on good. Instead of fixing the trash tier servers, its getting worse. What a shitfest.
I created a bunch of instance to check why some zones have a perfect ping and others have lag spikes in the 400+ms

Every time the IP starts with 203.27.106.xx the instance was laggy.
The IP starting with 119.81.100.xx and 161.202.8.xx were running very smoothly, no lag spike and a constant around 4ms ping.

Can you do anything with this information ?
On my side I'm not sure, I'll try to contact my ISP tomorrow.
In the mean time I'll play on JP gateway
same issue, both on SG and JP servers, you can "fix" this while leveling in acts by making new instances, but that cant be the case on end game mapping, maybe i quit the game once i reach mapping or i have to buy a vpn service?
As far as I understand, it's an ISP problem, they take inefficient routes to GGG's servers to cut costs, and there isn't much GGG can do about it. The problem would go away after a month when the extra servers GGG booked for leaguestart expire.

Otherwise, the only thing on our end that can be done is either contact our ISP, buy VPN or switch ISP. I intend to switch ISP even though PoE is the only service affected, knowing that they can screw me with routing any time. Fuck Viettel, cheap bastards.
Same problem here on EU servers for me.

Sometimes I have 17ms Ping in Hideout then I trade someone from another Server and my Ping jumps up into the 1000s and stays like this. Only possebility for me is to restart the game and hope for good ping in hideout.

Tried VPN, didn't fix anything sadly.
Contacted ISP, let's see if M1 can do anything.
same problem here ;w;

I'm fairly certain it has nothing to do with your ISP or a VPN. My wife and I play from the same room in our house, both hard wired in to Frontier (our ISP). We open a map and its just random, sometimes I get the 2k+ ping and she gets 15, sometimes its the other way, sometimes neither of us are stuck with the bad ping and sometimes its both. It feels completely random, but I can tell you it wasn't like this until 3-4 days ago.

I've already gone down the route of calling our ISP out of frustration and it didn't resolve anything as they don't see any issues and the issues doesn't exist in any other game/scenario outside of PoE currently.
