Spectre Corpse Not Appearing

Here is a thread from me with an answer from support:

Essentially you cant be in a hostile area (so you need to be in your own hideout) and if you are losing requirments for the spector gem (e.g. missing int or +1 spector) they are just gone.

Everytime you change your gear, you should do this:

1) Go to your own hideout
2) Unequip any "Auto Flesh Offering" setup you might have (take out only the gem)
3) Unequip the "Raise Spector" gem. The spectors should now be on the ground.
4) Do your gear changes
5) Equip spector gem and resummon them one by one.

I was in menagerie, unsocketed the spectre gem expecting corpses to drop. Nothing happened. 4 spectres gone. This is so infuriating, especially in SSF where I'll just spend multiple days finding a new set. If that's even possible since my builds only does a fraction of the damage now, thanks for nothing.
