ULTIMATUM - extremely hard, extremely unrewarding

Feel free to explain what was wrong with metamorph and why it had to be removed

This is exactly why I bought a closet full of popcorn, to watch the people complaining about ultimatum. You could predict Ultimatum was going to be very hard, especially in the beginning of the league. Many go in with their squishy SSF kind of gear, juice ultimatum and expect to last 10+ rounds?
Ultimatum was hard 2 years ago, you needed to focus your build around defenses, but that was before the game was actually made harder, especially the rares, so what do you think was going to happen? Give it time, build more defense, come back. I never understood why so many people jumped on the 'when ultimatum' wagon, while it was just a monotone kite around in a circle, and probably one of the only leageus back then you needed to gear for defenses first. |

" Problem is ultimatum has the highest risk factor of all mechanics. And the rewards just dont reflect that. Furthermore why dont mobs drop loot? Every other mechanic does it, so why not ultimatum? |

And it doesn't have loot explosions anymore because it isn't the main attraction anymore but a core mechanic. It gives plenty as is Oh and by the way for the scared there is literally a keystone that makes mobs in Ultimatum + the modifiers like flame skulls deal 50% less damage so there's that The opposite of knowledge is not illiteracy, but the illusion of knowledge. " I personally never ran it only a couple of times per league. I had my fill during Metamorph league and found it boring. But didn't mind it being in the game because I just ignored it as best I could. |

Agree, totally a waste of everyone's time. It's just a bad ritual. Metamorph was 100x cooler. Really questionable decision by GGG.

When people say "it was cooler" they mean "it was giving better reward".
All of you would praise Ultimatum if it was better loot than Metamorph. |

My build is way too glass cannon for ultimatums but i try to roll other build for them. Didnt like metamorph since it was boring on my opinion.
