Intermittent but recurring 2500ms ping spikes

I'm currently experiencing this issue. This is the second time recently that it's happened. My in-game latency pulses up and down between 125ms and 400ms. It literally just pulses back and forth every second or two. Just sitting in hideout or in a map, the problem persists. I can't even run a map because it's like I'm playing at 1 FPS.

Has anyone found a fix or workaround for this? It's so terrible.

I'm on fiber and everything else seems totally fine. Fairly new PC with Windows 11, GTX4090 etc. I really feel like this is the only game that I have this problem with. This is also on the California server, as it's the closest to my location physically, and the lowest latency (on login screen of course, not in game currently).

Something else I've noticed is that it almost acts like I'm tabbing out of the game constantly when I play. When these spikes occur, the sound cuts out as well?
