Looking at your Chieftan, you have 6 Wildwood points still to allocate. Go to your passive tree and the Wildwood Ascendency tree will be opposite the normal Ascendancy tree on your starting area.

Something is wrong then, it still doesn't let me allocate any more Wildwood points. It could be because I was using the Warlock but I didn't like it so I switched over to the Warden.

O.k I got it, when I collect the yellow wisps then immediately kill something, I can see the counter go up in the quests where it says 'so many' out of 4000 wisps. Then when I find the Warden I get the points allocated.

My next question is, is there a way to expedite finding the NPC? It took about 10 tries to find the Warden in the Wildwood. Mostly I was going into act 10, entering the Wildwood then if I didn't find anything, hold down control and click on the waypoint again to enter a new instance and try again. It was driving me crazy repeatedly doing it.
