All Damage Can Poison Tincture

With GGG this kind of approach never works.

Here in PoE you can be certain about how exactly some mechanics works only if you'll read info straight from developers about it.

And even then you can't be certain.

Character stats Poison damage shows the difference.

ahh yes. I was looking at the actual skill, Caustic Arrow, but it shows on the default attack. I would have assumed that meant the tincture only worked when a character made a default attack, not a gem skill attack.
