Lag spike latency issue in many instances

The best latency I get is 200ms, spike to 350 regularly, some instances spikes to 2000 when meeting packs...

I talked with people on stream yesterday and people mentioned VPN services because it's probably the route to the server is the issue.
I download a free app called ExitLag and it worked fine for me, my ping goes down to 27ms while using and if I turn it off and reconnect it goes back to 130ms. I tried it multiple times, using same instances sometimes and new ones, and they all yield the same result:
Without ExitLag, ping = 130ms
Using ExitLag, ping = 18~25ms

I don't know it will help you but I'd recommend trying.

Extra note:
People mentioned that is better to use a big brand VPN due to them having many more servers and route options, but the ones I checked didn't have a free trial and the price was to high for me to give it a try.
