Lag spike latency issue in many instances
|
Same issue here, EU servers.
Frankfurt has 18-25 ping for me, according to the login screen. After logging in, it seems like playing roulette, I either keep that ping for the current instance or I have 500ms+, even up to 130.000 ms until i log out. I did not make any changes to my config whatsover and my speedtest results are 500/50 and stable as a stallion. FeelsBadMan. GGG please help. |

same here! 2-3k ms from nowhere. It was all good just 3 days ago

Yeah I'm having the same issue for the past few days, especially the frankfurt server seems to be a 80% chance to just get an unplayable instance with 2k+ ping
Was fine during the races Would be nice to hear if ggg is aware of this |

no issues with frankfurt
from sweden |

some here not playable at the moment

" Maybe it's not exactly that, but I haven't had this particular issue during 3.22 |

Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Milan so far. Lag Spikes to 5000ms. Wanted to test something but its unplayable.
Edit: Looks like peering problems and you can get lucky or not atm. Now I got a stable Frankfurt connection. https://pastebin.com/K0bLaMLZ Last edited by konean#4232 on Dec 7, 2023, 10:26:11 AM

I have been having the same issues but in the BR realm, in the past 2 weeks from morning to mid-afternoon the latency had been ok. But it would go crazy high after 5~6PM every day, not just for me, other friends also had the same issue.
Today, I wanted to test some League Start things and my latency is stable at 132ms, which is the same or higher if I were to connected to Texas, US. I don't believe that GGG knows about this and I HOPE it's temporary, I can't skip a league and it's unbearable to play at 130ms. |

I'm getting disconnects in the past few hours. I didn't notice lags, granted I've been mostly in my hideout cleaning the tabs with only a bit of testing stuff on monsters in acts, but every now and then the connection would stop responding, until I get timed out with "disconnected from the server" error.

If you're seeing significant differences in latency between instances, you'll need to run a trace against both good and bad instances and post the output here. See MTR and Connectivity Issue Primer for directions.
