Lag spike latency issue in many instances

Hi I have issues with extreme lag spikes. Ive tried serveral gateways in EU it dosent seem to matter which one I use. Deinstalled the game and installed a fresh version, restarted my router etc.

Having the same issue for the past few hours now. I have to reset instances 4 or 5 times to get one that doesn't lag.

Upon further investigation, it seems to always be the same IP that is the problem:

I have the same problem. It's unplayable at the moment. Sometimes latency rises up to 20sec. No issue in other online games.

Same issues here for 2-3 days now. Zoning helps but always having to fish for new instances not fun.

Wonder what happened, no issues all league now this.

I guess, it's a post-shutdown, pre-league gap issue. Seems like servers are not working full on purpose? Well, league start testing is over for me.

It has nothing to do with the leages end. I had the same issue when Tota leage was still going. So could we stick with the issue pls and not speculate around.
I wanna know if this is going to continue or otherwise I might as well skip the next leage since its unplayable.

It's not just EU, unless US servers are opening instances in the EU as well.
