Please clarify the change to Ralakesh Impatience boots.

Its not clear if the boots still get me the effects of the charges (like 4% more damage per frenzy charge) or not.

" I found a different Forum category for help from GGG and realize the old one i posted in was for player help, which iam not looking for, as player opinions can not clarify the intent of GGG when writing the Patch Notes. This change causes confusion to many people. Its 50/50 between people taking this as a Buff and the other half as a Nerf and there are good reasons to believe both sites. Again, the Patch Notes are not obvious to the change and iam just looking for official clarification. |

The question has thankfully been answered in a FAQ. Its a bugfix with a buff. The effects of charges will be gained. I hope its clear now why i opened this thread and specifically asked for official clarification and no player speculation. No matter how convinced some were of their opinion, we were all clueless about the intention of the change.
