Not really dead, it just requires a bit of a investment and maybe some different gearing/passive patching to shine as good as before. Honestly not a bad change cause rf reached it's peak dmg pretty early on without much of any investments before the change and it's been meta for too long. Nice to see some changes for once.

Yeah but you don't really need those uniques to delete content with TS. It's just an overall nerf that affects other builds way more. 25% TS Deadeye players use Heatshiver, 98% Frost Blades Trickster players use Heatshiver.

FB will be fine, it did hundreds of millions of dmg at the top end, with a fair investment you can get around 100m, fb with heatshiver setup lost like 40% dmg, still plenty to smoke the game
