Tired of content & leagues being removed from the game

Heist is not going to be removed. That is silly to even think about it. One can't compare Heist and Metamorph at all, imo.

Heist is still good to enter late campaign/early maps to farm the money for your first 6 link or whatever, if you like to do it. Nn Book of regression, nn blueprints to make a quick 200-500 chaos or whatever, nothing has changed there.
For SSF not much has changed, since people farmed all kinds of stuff there.
The coins might not sell as good anymore on trade, but we already saw a rare chase item that is probably going to be 20-50 div on the market and, who knows, maybe it is balanced out after all and still worth it, because divines suddenly pop up here and there instead of chance orbs.
It was one of the best ways to farm currency and if it takes a small dent it is still good for everybody who likes it. Not to mention it is a Bastion for everybody who doesn't want to engage in group exp farming methods.

I mean i dont mind new leagues now and then, but what i do mind is when they ruin old std builds that you spend houndreds of hours building.
As far as I know. GGG hates anything deterministic.

It has been proven with multiple changes with crafting.

Another example is the existence of Ruthless. GGG probably wants rare drops to be good, worthy and mind-blowing like in other games such as classic Torchlight.

The example you given further proves that. Deterministic. GGG was probably sad roaming Metamorph was unpopular. The want more random, more RnG.

In the extreme, there's a good chance they will remove map crafting and scarab so that, you know, RnG. Perhaps even Map, solely depends on Kirac. 
I also am tired of this constant "churn" or "rearranging the deck chairs" style development... I love new options but I hate taking away older things I enjoyed.

Also the last several leagues it feels like they are making leagues with ZERO intent of that new mechanic going core.

Borrowed power in other words (Crucible and Sanctum relics and TOTA tats Recombinators)

In fact this goes all the way back to Harvest when they deliberately added crafting that they knew they would not be putting into the game.

I find it harder and harder to get hyped for things I know are going to be transitory and not a part of the long term game.
Pandering to players who don't want consequences for their mistakes is a perfect description of what went fundamentally wrong with D3 and 4.
If they wanted mindless mobile game time waster gameplay they sure did make some perplexing choices and marketing statements for 6 fucking years.

The underlined bold word is key to all the changes made over the years.
It is my perception, that the aim of reducing deterministic interactions and thinning out player agency, skinned as new game mechanics each league, is to add to the obscene levels of rng, thus prolonging the time commitment needed to achieve past levels of interactions.

I miss all the old stuff, and the new stuff requires that I have div's to buy. I have to farm div's, but I need div's to buy the equipment that I need to farm div's.

Sounds kinda circular to me. I don't like to be jerked around by changes, but if that's what GGG wants, then I can suffer it.

i am OK with removing extra content BUT i m not OK when GGG removes itemized league items that have value.

i am also not ok with GGG removing content but players getting nothing in return for our efforts from removing said content.

for example, i had a LOT of prophecies saved up. twice blessed and what not. i ran as much as i could before they were poofed but i had SO DAMN MANY. i also tried "FINISHING" my silver coins. also another futile effort. i had THOUSANDS, and GGG did not make it easy for players to reroll the entire prophecy board.

all my silver coins? poofed.

i actually suggested GGG allow us to have an option to reroll all prophecies. GGG didnt do anything. i got tired of rerolling coins manually and just had to let it poof.

i also kept running maps in the region where perandus spawns. i ran so damn many times and always got low value rewards. it was a very futile effort. over the years i kept stockpiling at least 100-200k p.coins EVERY temp league in case a mirror showed up and i didnt want to get perandus sniped by a trade scammer.

all the coins are now collecting dust. my best perandus bro deal was a perandus manor or two. and thats it. maybe a few chaos orbs at best. rng was not on my side.

alt gems? fuck. i really resent GGG for poofing them out. whatever happened to making things legacy? fuck. i lost dozens or even 100s of divine value lost when the my collection of alt gems got converted. 21/23 alt gem vs 21/23 regular gem has a very HUGE price difference.

GGG really needs to let standard players not worry about losing their itemized goods so much.
