If you're playing in trade, this is a completely negligible change.

Tomes were already extremely rare for their 10c price tag; it was pure economic forces which made them super cheap and easy to buy in bulk. And that's not going to change substantially, because the average PoE player is pretty bad at the game and still won't be able to consistently clear Lycia.

Maybe we have to pay 25c for them next league instead of 10c? OH NOOOOOOOES XD

Don't get me wrong, I'm not upset by these changes. Chances are they would have to become staggeringly rarer to have any significant impact on cost. That being said, if you spent any decent length of time farming Sanctum as I have, you'd know that league was a money printer if you know how to run it well, so nobody should've not expected a nerf to happen in some form.

I'm just glad it came in the form of rarer tomes. GGG could've done so much worse. :P

Still too early to say they could have made the drop as rare as Reliquary Keys. 4 Div per Tome would still be profitable.
I agree that the raw currency drops in sanctum are overtuned. Really all you need to do is compare it to other mechanics.
