Sanctum without the right build is impossible.
You have first to invest into a good build.
Its maybe too much commun to get good rewards, so reduce the weight of good rewards choice.

But the rest is OK.
Its just like build for bossing uber and other special build, it ask you to invest in the build, and you can do only that content.

You need 6-7 +2 relics to make Sanctum really profitable (75-150d per day, 8-10 hours of non-stop farming). It's huge investment at the league start because the bare minimum price of +2 is 10-13d per. Right from the start the price for +2 is 20-40-ish. Without +2 additional rooms you skip a lot of potential profit.
