Server lag and disconnects

I mean, an instance crash is a server problem. The instance lives on the server, so if it crashes, it's due to a problem there. It doesn't have to take down the whole node. There is some bulkheading between the processes to prevent that.
Also, all game instances are actually on the Texas server. The regional servers are just proxies.
