Remove stun or increase stun threshold

The only counters are unwavering stance(too much passive points spent, char wouldn't be able to kill anything), armor/hp(which I have), and Eye of Chayula(for rich people). Hell, I even had Enfeeble on the them the first time. I know full well how to counter it, and ~70 damage should not keep my character fucking stuck in a single animation.

Do you have the "Avoid cast interruption" talent or "stun recovery" on your items?
Nothing to see here.
as far as i can see you have zero stun recovery on gear, and zero stun recovery in your tree, and your granite have zero stun recovery aswell, and yet you ask why you get stunlocked?

so basically because you cant be arsed to invest in proper defense against a certain mechanic, it should be removed?

If they deal lightning damage, then you could've been shocked, which would result in you taking much more damage than you would otherwise (meaning you'd be getting stunned by attacks that might not stun you otherwise). Also, vulnerability makes you much more susceptible to stun. And charging mobs always stun unless you have stun immunity. So, these are some things that could cause you to be stunned where you might not otherwise expect it.

And you should know that 1600 hp in merciless is not much.

1600 HP, 35% damage reduction w/ Determination and no Granite, 86% w/ Determination & Granite.

Edit: Forgot passive tree http://www.pathofexile.com/passive-skill-tree/AAAAAgUAAP0CcQQHBLMFWwx9EH8RLRRNFLAWQBmFGjgabB8CJKopTy0fNsU26TrYQ2NG10qaTLNN2FAwWPVdxl8qYG1mnm0ZcU10VXyDfM6Bb4IegpuD94V9h56LjIx2kFWaz52uncSePKIApwinhLUEtzG4k8Hzxp7N-tD72t3bAtsL217d8-Fz42rkIuvk7DjtIPAf

lol you cant be srs right now
you're using vendor trash gear and wondering why you are dying.

also, 1600 HP at MINIMUM level 55.. lol srs?

Go back to D3 please OP.
Interesting. Yeah, the issue is that you have low health. I had problems with my hybrid HP/ES witch that had just over 1500 HP or such and I'd get stunlocked by and blue/rare Tentacles Miscreations in Lunaris temple even tho' I had some armour and even when ES gives 50% chance to avoid stun. Even with 83% all resistances the extra elemental damage mods they may have would stun lock me almost all the time... makes me think that the damage they do is factored into stun not the damage they do after mitigation but I could be blinkered as the normal/white versions don't stunlock me and the damage is almost comparable - I just can't freaking move out of the way when they're blue/yellow and they hit me.
Stun is actually one of the main causes of "the path of life nodes" thing. Having the possibility to be immune to stun isn't a solution. I think stun recovery mods and passives should be more powerful, so that they can be considered as a proper defensive strategy.

You suck.Get better.
Why doesn't Brutus stun me when I have granite up then? He hits for around 10% of my HP, yet he doesn't stun me, but these weak mobs that are ticking away at my HP perma-stunlock me? I'm not seeing how my stun-resist is the problem here.
you cant alt+f4 while stunned?!
The game does not adapt to you, you adapt to it.

Would you rather have 1 hit every 3 seconds with a 30% chance to stun or 10 hits every second with a 10% chance of each stunning?
