You can be sure it'll run out of budget by the 10th episode and from there episodes will be mostly composed of awkwardly standing around, with faces often not facing the camera. Also, expect lots of scenes in elevators and CG elements.

There is a series and two movies wich are in fact the series split in to two movies and a third movie coming out this year with a new story.
The anime is really good and many reviews and sites named it one of the best anime series of 2012.

I never took Puella Magi Madoka Magica seriously, that series was one of giant cesspool of wdf and do I want to know. Overall, it was a very entertaining series.
Also, the series came out at the start of 2011, so I am not sure how it got to be one of the best of 2012? The series ended just around the spring of 2011.
Either way, back to the topic, I cannot wait for episode 3 this weekend. :)
My bad about the time period :). Although the anime got serious attention in the 2012 screenings of the movies... but true. Maybe give it another view? :)

Its ok, I had to double check to make sure if it came out in 2012 or not. Been awhile since I last seen the series. I have good amount of anime shows backlogged as well as keeping up with the ongoing ones, so I highly doubt going back to it. What has been seen, cannot be unseen is how I would say it about the series.
Sometimes you can take the game out of the garage but you can't take the garage out of the game.
