NOT A BROKEN GAME AT ALL WHO SAID THAT?

I MEAN IM RUNNING DX12, DYNAMIC CULLING, AND TRILINEAR FILTERING BUT I THINK ITS SUPPOSED TO JUST HAVE WHOLE SECTIONS OF MAPS MISSING 100% OF THEIR TEXTURES. JUST LIKE THE IMMORTAL SYNDICATE MISSION WHERE YOU HAVE TO BREAK DOWN THE DOOR AND THE ENTIRE MODEL DIDNT LOAD, NO DOOR, NO WALLS, NO MONSTERS, BUT I WAS GETTING TARGETED AND ATTACKED

GUYS THIS ISNT A BUG ITS A FEATURE!

I am also having the same issue. Large squares of unloaded terrain, effects not loading (lightning storms, searing exarch balls, circle for expedition explosion area, etc). Sometimes killing a monster resolves the issue. Sometimes it does not. Also, while writing this report I minimized some windows and it fixed itself.

GPU usage is sitting near 95% even while idle but the VRAM is only about 30% full.

If I can provide any further details please let me know.

CPU - AMD Ryzen 9 3950X
GPU - NVIDIA RTX2080ti (rip EVGA)
RAM - 64GB DDR4 3600
OS - Windows 10
Renderer - DX11
Graphics drivers have been updated.

I have this problem too. Tried DX11 and DX12. Tried deleting shaders cache.
Unfortunately I still have lots of missing textures almost in every map.
Previous League was running perfectly.
NVidia RTX 3050, drivers: 536.99, SSD, 16GB Ram (2.5GB free).
Having similar issues on my Desktop PC, never had this issue before, I also play on the Steam Deck and I don't think I've seen the issue present on that device. Textures are either missing or are being replaced with incorrect textures. Enemies have also been invisible except for their health bars above the models when damaged.

This seems to only be occuring in Map instances so far, including instances from within maps such as Harvest. I don't recall seeing this in the campaign, or during Heist instances.

In some instances it's like the wrong side of the texture is showing, so nothing is displaying to the user, sometimes a different texture seems to be used, and in the case of floor tiles, black textures are shown instead of the floor tile's texture.

+1 Had similar issues and tried Vulkan, DX11 and DX12. I reinstalled the game, deleted cache folders, updated drivers, did windows update and it keeps happening. Bossing with that is horrible you sometimes can't even see the boss or you can't see animations for abilities either.

*Update*
Things I've tried with no or worse impact:
- All graphics settings to lowest settings, no change
DX11, no change
Vulkan, even worse
DX12, no change

I don't have a clip but last night I had the Graphs up and they were showing a consistant 60fps at 13ms even when every 1.5 seconds I was having stutters in game (screen stops, animations run in place). It never dropped under 60fps according to the graph but it did show the massive spikes I was actually seeing.
