My doom blast triggers at first cast, maybe something wrong with your cdr's?

ive been trying to find a good resource that explains how to properly setup cdr and cast speed to get the desired behavior but i cannot find it anywhere, are there any resources that you or anyone else would recomend.

Is it fixed for you guys? Becouse its not for me, it still takes 2 casts to trigger doom blast

I don't see that it was fixed, i checked with docsheet my cdr and cast speed all should be ok, but behaviour are same as before patch.
Any ideas??

My CDR 18 and cast speed 91 and action 4%

Test Results:

This seems like a partial fix, the 1st proc doom blast is incredibly inconsistent, sometimes it hits first proc, sometimes it doesn't. The single target damage has improved though, so i'm really not sure what to think.

If anyone can help me out where I went wrong, that would be greatly appreciated.

somehow impending doom still doesn't do dmg on first cast, and sometimes it doesn't do dmg at all even thought they are cursed. Am i doing something wrong?

I'm struggling to be honest. The build feels even worse somehow, and I'm somehow doing less damage. It's getting frustrating to work on a build for a complicated game, and it be rendered useless. If anyone has any other elementalist/occult builds for end game they'd mind sharing, I'd love to see but otherwise I'm too annoyed to start over again.

yep i feel the same. That fix did not change much tbh. Doomblast still sometimes not getting triggered on first cast.
