That specifically has a node that makes the buff linger, without that you almost never have it up as we move constantly.

I still don't view this as a good node for RF. The whole point of going RF is to not stand still.

But they are trying hard to encourage us to play melee ignite. And for a melee ignite build, this node isn't that bad (at least better), as you have to stand still to attack. Does an ignite "keep" the resistance values when you inflicted it? Does it still burn as if -20% if you move after the monster is ignited?

Cheftain gets free melding, and can convert physical damage taken as to elemental. I literally made a cheftain last league that could stand still and tank everything. outside of crazy stuff you gotta dodge during phasing. Now going to be even more tanky without having to convert only physical taken as fire.

Damn this would be very big for my EA Face-tank Juggernaut, this would be a insane dps boost but the price of both gems will be Mind-blowing high i bet.

Does this snapshot the -20% or do you have to stand still after the initial ignite to keep the negative resist?
