Here is one of many examples of what happens with criminals that do not pay the fine.

Use this stuff at your own risk guys, I do not even use graphical drivers not approved and released by GGG. And when i buy new mouse I walk and swim directly in to GGG HQ(this is 15000 km for me so it is tiresome trip) and ask them if I can use that specific one. (this is because all modern gaming mouses have preinstalled macros)

ToS are too vague to give the company big leeway, so it is always best to not tempt the devil and just stick to the game as it is. I believe that most of you have no ill will when using these tools, but software used to ban you is not detecting your ill will, it is detecting things like software name or ID, server actions/second, edits to game files(for example DLL injection) just to name few. No anticheat contacts you with "Hi brother, do you cheat?" Maybe gamemasters used to do that 20 years ago, but it is not a thing anymore.

Bot is just script and this app provides scripts for partial automation of various tasks, it is just fact that you can go verify in the source code. Cheddar is cheese, not all cheese is cheddar. This software is not bot, but it does provide large degree of automation which is exactly why people download and use it. These 2 statements are not mutually exclusive.

One button one server action
Not injecting in to process memory

But 1 server action is not the same as 1 action. To open your inventory, detect the rolls on all items, pick worst item and throw it on the ground can be one server action. Because opening the inventory and many more things are or can be done client-sided. 10000client actions can literally be just 1 server action or even 0.

But the software clearly did many actions for very little manual involment(pressing single hotkey) in this example.

ToS does not say that they ban only botfarms either. So It does not even matter for this discussion anyway, only the advantage part matters here.

What you are trying to claim here is that it is you who made the coffee with no automation involved, not the coffee machine. Because it is you after all, who clicked 1 button on the espresso machine or in mobile phone app.
But if i remove the coffee machine from the room, suddenly you are gonna have very hard time grinding the coffee beans in your mouth, then boiling the water in your ears and releasing it over the ground coffee at perfect time, temperature and pressure to make your cup of espresso. Maybe it was not mainly you who was doing the work after all huh? I wonder how is delegating your work to the machine called in one word... could it be something starting with A..auto? automath? And it sure is advantage to have good espresso machine compared to doing it all manually... advantage large enough for people to pay 15000 dollars for it in professional enviroment.
