PoE Overlay vs Awakened? Help a returning player!

I havent played in a good while and I have no idea what the current most popular tools for trade league are. Can anyone help me out?

PoE overlay is built on Overwolf, something that makes it a no-go for me. I don't like (or trust) Overwolf. I'm running Awakened PoE trade.

Overlay is dogshit overwolf fuck that; Awakening is top tier.

Most of them are against the ToS so I'd be careful with that.

I'd highly advise against PoE Overlay because of Overwolf. They're very shady and just something you want to avoid.

if you msg GGG they will tell you that they dont recommend using ANY third party tools. so its use at your own risk. people have been banned for it. just because not everyone gets banned doesnt mean its safe to use

personally i dont use any. not worth the risk of losing my account

Well it's not entirely wrong and you can get banned for using Awakened, but most people don't get banned cause they use the tool for the original and intended purpose while others abuse the shit out of it via bots.
