High CPU usage and flickering textures in rogue harbor
Specs:
http://powerspec.com/systems/system_specs.phtml?selection=G151 with Western Digital 1TB WD Blue SN570 NVMe storage The performance and texture issues stop if I move away from the area, sometimes the area is very small. It's happened in multiple different areas, but usually around the stash or the stairs to the blueprint area. It's happened independent of nearby mtx on other players. It sometimes goes away from time. Opening/closing inventory, stash, options menu, or character panel can change if it's happening in a certain spot. Bug reference number: 1,921,163,278 Video: https://streamable.com/aytnzt I've tried changing vsync, triple buffering, foreground / background fps cap, antialiasing quality, lighting, sun shadow quality, number of lights, depth of field, texture quality, texture filtering, dynamic culling, dynamic resolution, and renderer. The issue doesn't occur on dx11. Current settings: Windowed, 1439x600, Vulkan, Vsync off, Triple buffering off, Foreground fps cap 60 on, background fps cap 6 on, antialiasing quality off, lighting shadows, shadow quality low, sun shadow quality low, number of lights low, bloom 25%, depth of field disabled, water detail low, texture quality medium, texture filtering trilinear, dynamic culling enabled, dynamic resolution enabled, engine multithreading enabled Last bumped on Dec 26, 2023, 6:33:11 PM

I have the exact same issue in areas with lots of stuff like hideouts and the epilogue with AMD FX-6300 and steam client.
wrote more about it here https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3408746 Edit: okay found the problem, one of my ram sticks was dusty and I had 4GB/8GB useable... it probably got dusty when I blew the dust off the case last weekend... I guess the CPU had to compensate for the low RAM. Last edited by DeLJaDe#6233 on Aug 6, 2023, 6:23:36 AM

I get this and I'm 90% sure it's caused by the Lycia apparition.
