Can a High-End PC handle this patch? How's "user testing" gone for big companies like CDPR?

1060 on a Ryzen 7 from 2018 and 16gb ram with Win 11

I'm done with this league, but I launched yesterday to see how bad the patch was.

Aside the whole minute that took me to load Lioneye's Watch mapping went pretty smoothly.

Loading new zones seems slower, maybe. I'm running a rusty GTX 1660 super and performance is adequate at 1080p. Maybe some additional lag but again not so much its clear that it is down to the update. On one map things stuttered badly but that was one of a good amount of play time.
