Some mobs have too much life regen, impossible to kill have to reset zone

Life regen monsters among other issues is what makes the game to encourage DPS builds over any other, maybe more tactical builds.
One of the few things my build actually works with.

I encountered 1 enemy i could not kill this league with nearly 1m flat dot dps, 2 curses AND frostbomb he'd just out-heal all of it haha, I moved on because sometimes that's all you can do unless you enjoy being frustrated xD

Now what i hate is when they are so fast i cant escape them AND i cant kill them, Have abandoned a few maps while leveling because of a couple nasty monsters like that.

Sometimes it is way out of order. My character has around 1.3 mill dps. A lot in my mind, but not a lot to people walking around with 20 mill or whatever. I come across an enemy with life regen + consecrated ground. Even when I'm facetanking hard for long stretches of time, I don't see the lifebar move a single pixel. Considering my dude gets spike damage every few seconds, at least, due to Trinity and inverted resistances, it means that monster probably had life regen of 2 mill per second. Totally nuts.

But hey, at least this one wasn't hasted to the gills too, so it was possibly to quicksilver away and continue the map, instead of binning it because there happened to be an unkillable enemy that follows you around like a shadow. Well, until it kills you, which shadows generally do not do.

I don't see the point to have a skill just in case I encounter.Because why not having also an artic armor in case you encounter a monster that attacks with burning ground, and a tempest shield if there is a monster that shocks, and so on... POE is not designed to have an array of skills to adapt to different situations, but to have a very optimized build on one main attack.
Also you cannot expect me to open the inventory and rearrange the skills in the middle of a combat.

This is one reason to avoid altars. In case you are bad luck facing a monster with a bad combination that may it unkillable or too dangerous. Sometimes you found one in delve, where there is more margin to run and hopefully leave behind. Anyway, I learned to press ESC and quit.

I have had it thrown back at me several times in different posts .
But if im doing

Cyclone damage which is critting
Applying hit and poison damage from physical
Which is casting Exsanguinate , doing physical and poison
Exsanguinate also has a short term Physical dot
Im poisoning on hit i dunno 50%+ of the time
Im hitting with claws , dual handed ...
I have a crawler shooting at it ...
I have a void sphere sitting on it .
Im using my Extreme poison dot ticking off 1 million points of poison damage.
There is a frost bomb exploding behind it .... I may have even had corrupting blood or whatever the short term 9 second bleed dot.

I am attacking with everything i have !!!

The enemy hit point bar didnt even move...
It had 0 chaos resist buffs ...


Not acceptable.
