Replica mageblood
I mean, if its rare enough.. why not?
You can already get permanent uptime on 2-3 unique flasks on any build with the maraketh timeless jewel & a couple of flask clusters. BUT if enkindling orbs work with it then it's a big NO coz that'd be absolutely ridiculous (70% flask effect on progenesis would be game breaking). It's already dumb that it works with magic flasks when used with mageblood. Basically you get 100% flask effect for free. Mb wouldn't be half as desirable if it didn't work with enkindlings |

" No it wouldn't. No build would ever want to give up a belt slot and all other flasks to run Olroths, which is already pretty easy to perma sustain. Olroth's scales negatively with flask effect, and the BIGGEST reason people use mageblood is you get 100% flask effect for free, which is impossible to get even with pathfinder & all flask effect nodes from tree/clusters. |

i thought about this too, but just leftmost 1 unique flask.
would be awesome for coruscating elixir Last edited by Cchris07#7105 on May 22, 2023, 2:27:09 PM

Do people not know about the Traitor keystone?
https://poedb.tw/us/Brutal_Restraint#TimelessJewelPassive . |

" Yes, but to use that you need to give up: a jewel slot and a passive for a keystone. More often than not, this is worth 3 passive skills + the jewel. and it wouldn't REALLY be 100% uptime...There are plenty of overlapping, similar mechanics in this game where gear saves you passive points and is ultimately worth doing for min/maxing. |

" Also, as Jackal has already pointed out, this does not address the Enkindling Orb issue. It's not hard to get 100% uptime on flasks while mapping, even without wasting a timeless jewel slot, but you can't do it with the Alchemist prefix boosting their effects and you can't do it with Enkindling Orbs amplifying those effects even further. And there really is no way to separate Enkindling Orbs from the Mageblood... it's clearly how the belt was always intended to work. They were added in the exact same patch, stacking prefix + enkindling enchant + belt is what MAKES the Mageblood such a powerful chase item in the first place. As for the "if it's rare enough, why not?" argument... well, that sort of game design is just asinine. Making a replica mageblood exist as an item which takes millions of grand heists to see once is hardly a good use of developer time, because it literally does not affect the game for anyone who isn't already finishing leagues with multiple mirrors in hard currency. |

" I also find it rather funny that mageblood and flask shenanigans were released just 2 leagues after the massive flask nerf league... GGG: Flasks are WAY TOO POWERFUL 6 months later: uh...lets introduce a way to make flasks more powerful than they have EVER been!!! |

" Then I suggest a amulet which lets you equip belts in your ring slots |

" ok but i want to wear a belt as a helmet too. Innocence forgives you
|

" Reminds me of someone actually suggesting a belt that allows belts instead of flasks. |
