Yeah vengeant cascade is really broken too.
But it is still build specific. Bloodnotch works on anything that is not stun immune |

Getting stunned isn't ideal.
Build I'm running can use it sure but wouldn't make much difference. I already have to get 1-2 shot to die. I'd need to go full ES. Full ES would be ideal but I'm too lazy, build can take on all normal content. Rather just re-roll but D4 is soon so meh. I'd be here commenting on all the poor choices made this league if I had energy to care. It's obvious we're beta testing PoE2 concepts and there's no point until it comes out. ie. Sure there are many other builds that can achieve this, but it also comes with a HUGE opportunity cost. I literally have 2 block nodes on tree besides bone offering, and only 10k armor with flasks. |

Things being absolutely busted the league they are released is normal... there is really no need to make threads complaining about an items power the league its released.
this jewel will most likely be nerfed(and heavily) next league just like every other offending item... hell if GGG feels like it they might change existing items(replica alberons anyone? getting that flat chaos nerfed by 33% to existing items to) |

There is no complaining. When something is broken, it has to be pointed out.
