Tormentor Starter Pack
Hi,
I would to ask if the tormentor starter pack is usuable for all chars (the skins included). I think it's a good point to start over, or what would you suggest, I play a Necro at this moment. Thanks. Last bumped on Apr 22, 2023, 2:42:57 AM

All MTX can be used on all character classes, though each copy you buy can only be used once at a time. Moving it from one character to another is free and can be done as often as you like, though.
I wouldn’t recommend getting too caught up on what you’re playing right this minute. I think the best initial purchases are somewhat neutral options you think would look good on any character you play. "VPs are not required to change their posting style. There's no accounting for taste, bud.
Which armour set MTX looks better than others, or whether portal MTX is a top priority or something that doesn't matter at all, or if massive wings on your back are the coolest thing ever or gaudy / immersion-breaking... really, only you can decide. Outside of stash tabs and character slots, there's no advantage to anything you buy, so it's just a matter of which (very expensive) virtual clothes you like the most. Assuming we're on the same page about it just being cosmetic and a matter of subjective taste, I would say that I'd personally find the (admittedly dearer) High Enchanter Supporter pack more compelling. Armour sets in packs can be nice, but their store is teeming with those - so while you might miss out on a pack's specific exclusive set, there's always plenty of others to choose from. By contrast, the puppeteer's hand MTX is far more unique and so FOMO would push me more towards that one. I also like the Ritualist Breach ring effect - but while I would definitely use that if I owned it, I don't think I'd buy a pack just to pick it up. But like I say - some won't care about any of that, but will think the Ancestral Lithomancer's pack has an armour set that's so unique, they think that pack's best. Others still will say that, if you like wings, you should go for the more-expensive-again Hellfire pack. Ask ten people and you'll likely get 12 different opinions (no; it wasn't a typo) and they're each as valid as the next - ultimately, it's your money and only your opinion really matters. It's definitely worth looking over their store before you commit to a purchase. If you do buy the Tormentor pack for the armour set, but then end up buying, say, the Ghostflame Stygian Armour Pack because you like the look of that one more... well, you might regret the pack you chose. You can't rely on them to appreciate your support enough to offer a refund if you do end up regreting your purchase later, so make sure you know what you want before you buy. Hey DoNotAimAtM,
As Sarno has mentioned, the Microtransactions from the Tormentor Supporter Pack can be used on any character regardless of class. Make sure to check out the videos for each Supporter Pack in the store to see which one you will like best. Thank you for supporting Path of Exile. |
