Denied a refund for this league supporter pack

Because the league is honestly so bad it's unplayable, along with the constant server crashes and lack of response from GGG, I decided to refund this league supporter pack. Please tell me this is a misunderstanding and not GGG's actual policy regarding refunds, as I've played and supported the game for 12 years, and now they're refusing to refund me for a purchase made a week ago.
[Removed by support] [Removed by support] EDIT: Screenshots of the conversation were removed by support, but basically I asked for a refund due to the league being very poorly designed compared to previous leagues, and the servers constantly crashing for the past week which made the experience even more frustrating. They said their policy is 48 hours since purchase, with no points used or mtx equipped, otherwise the refund is denied. They ignored the fact the game is basically unplayable or at least objectively unenjoyable. I hope this post will serve as a fair warning for any exile considering supporting the game in the future, since there is no mention of their refund policy anywhere in the ToS, and I also hope that it will cost them more than it costed me. And it surely will as they would have made more money off of me alone if they refunded this purchase anyway. " nope, that's 100% correct for their refund policy. And if you do a chargeback, your account will be banned so don't do that..... However I would look into your contry's consumer protection laws in regards to online "shopping" or check the NZ consumer protection agency...... I did however look into NZ consumer laws, and I've actually got half a mind to actually file for a dispute at their dispute tribunal, purely because of how infuriating this is. Especially since I've read the entire terms of service and there is no mention of this policy or anything remotely related to it anywhere. Either way, thanks for the tip! Take it as a lesson, don't support them with money until AFTER you tested the league and know it's actually worth the support. If people were to follow that simple rule GGG wouldn't be able to pull all the bullshit they've been pulling recently, they would have run out of money a year ago.

Well they're definitely not getting a cent from me again if this is how they handle refunds due to their own fuckup, both league content and server issues related.
At least the mtx looks neat, and will remind me not to ever buy anything ever again... |

If it helps any. That's the "Official" stance on refunds.
Packs are pretty thorough. You have to checkout and all that. You can't just ask for a refund because you didn't like the league. Support are pretty cool people and will work with you if they can. "Never trust floating women." -Officer Kirac

On the bright side, some (many) leagues get released half-baked and get improved over time. Maybe this one will have earned its support pack in like 1-2 years, when it has gone core and is in a presentable state. Assuming poe has that long before poe2 drops.
