Revert rares back to 3.20 state

There obviously were changes to rare mobs, which were undocumented in patch notes. We are back again at times, when a rare mob is 30x stronger then a map boss, and some are actually stronger than act/pinnacle bosses.

Revert it back.

I don't super hate the baseline, but there is some BS floating around. At different times I've really struggled to kill rares that resist my damage type (Fire). I don't feel threatened by them, but giving up on killing them and just letting one anemic enemy follow me around the zone impotentently throwing projectiles at me surely can't be the intended design?

It feels really weird, and would likely look strange on Twitch. And it's kind of annoying if you want to take a passive or something in a UI window and there's noise and effects from being attacked.
The problem with the current mobs is that they did multiple things at the same time instead of ONE after another.

Mobs now:

Global Mob buffs. All mobs have more life, def, damage
New Mods: There is a multitude of new mods and some are in combinations that are not okay in extra combination to the point above. One of the exmaples is:


Blue Circle Mob which does very hard lightning damage and sucks your mana
This mod alone was already bad, now it does like 3 times the damage it does in last patch. On top of this we have the mod "Extra Damage to injured" which I translate to, the less life you have the more damage it does, because that fits on how my lifebar looks when touching this circle. Eventhough I am res capped this mob manages to to roughly 4k damage per second on a tier 2 map

And then we have, this might be very subjective, but I think we also have a item scarcity. I have never ever had this few items. I am not even talking about chaos or divines. I am talking about standard things like alchemies, transmutations. I have no more alchs and get (incl. with selling uniques) maybe one alchemy every 3-5 maps. Meaning I have to run almost everything as blue only.
This in terms lowers the loot even more as I can't roll maps at all.
Same with scours. Almost extinct.

When you take then my current hate-topic "Ballista" to that its even worse because now our ballistas get instantly deleted when you die.
Some maps where you have mobs on the entrance, best if charger/jump mobs, that if you move you have already damage on you, often so brutal that it kills you. Normally I could at least set a totem or two, die and have the start area a bit safer so I can setup a full set of totems so I can start the map. Now I die, totems insta gone, and more mobs gather. What happens? Either I try again, die and aggro more mobs into the starting area or I leave the map and throw it away.

Thats not how a game should work.
