Crucible Interactions with The Iron Mass / Necromantic Aegis

Will imbued "The Iron Mass" and shields with Necromantic Aegis apply their skill tree stats when used by skeletons/minions? If so, to what extent will this work? I imagine some stats like allocating skill points just won't work.
