Complaining about complaining is complaining. Most players notice most of these bad changes. Obviously the OP noticed it, and you noticed that he noticed.

Anyways making changes catering to racers which represents .1% of players at the expense of new Exiles and punishing folks doing re-rolls often is astoundingly out of touch.

It's not like we have the option to skip the campaign. This is 100% anti-player in design.

well, this nerf won't affect players who rushed the content, they already do 1~100 in a few hours, and will find another way to keep doing it.
This nerf does not affect casual/ultracasual, because it doesn't do anything in the game anyway, it barely passes the white maps and stops playing.
This nerf will hit the MAJORITY of players who are the softcore, the guy who does everything in the game but doesn't have time to play 18h/7d, he will waste a lot of time repeating tired content and will quickly realize that the game is the same as it is now it takes even longer to do the same thing you already do, and to get to that point where you have fun and where you focus your gameplay now it will take many more days, and so this guy who can only play 2~3h/day will simply leave the league. We've seen this before, it's a stupid idea to force acts on an audience that's already tired of repeating it, most here would like to not go through them anymore and knowing that you'll be stuck with this repetitive and boring content for even longer already makes me sad to play the iga, even though I found the idea of weapons interesting

Exactly. I've been checking in each league to see if the designers stopped disrespecting our time. No such luck yet. Maybe I'll try next league.
