40/40 as a tradition, AMA

One of the greatest Leagues so far. Sanctified Relics are awesome.

Well, u said AMA, so here it goes:

1. In what way is that one of the greatest leagues so far? What did you enjoy about it?

2. What specifically do you like about sanctified relics? Aren´t they just stat-sticks? I don´t get the appeal

3. U think that league should go core?

4. How difficult was the grind for 40/40 this league compared to the last 2 leagues?

5. Do you like this leagues Challenge-MTX?

It is but you still get some interesting discussion out of it, challenges usually have totally different perspectives about completing them.

My question is did you do Simulacrum deathless? :p I hate it! Look at my 39 i'm so sore still even though i've not played for a month lmao

Not all Simulacrums are created equal. I can do like 9 out of 10 deathless, but the random mods really screw you sometimes. Most builds have a weak spot in defenses and sometimes those mods land in the wrong place for your build. The latter 20 waves have so many mods, so it is a lot more likely to find that weak spot.

Learning the Kosis fight mechanics helped a ton as well. That toll was paid with a lot of blood.

Do you play HC exclusively?

Only problem with challenges is you can buy them. Not saying OP did.

Some leagues. This one was particularly easy.

I personally find the hardest challenges to be the conditional ones for league mechanics that have a huge grind/wall to getting to them. You don't get a lot of chances at those fights and learning the mechanics to complete those challenges is hard.

The last few leagues have been pretty straightforward though.

Pretty much, I've got to wave 26 I think twice and its just got unbelievably rippy on the rolls. Not a strong suit for the character you gotta be a trash specialist for Sim really.

At this stage i would throw the towel in and buy it but I didn't see any carry services for Sim after about week 3 and I did the rest myself so it feelsbadman lol

I'm not actually that disappointed I made it to 100 and the characters an absolute banger, no cuck leveling for this guy either I was chaining juiced rare/8 mods and blasting. Best i've made I think sort of old characters using actually busted mechanics.
