Someone had a similar bug not too long ago this was the solution if it doesn't help apologies.

Cluster jewels occasionally cause weird issues if you use a reset while one is socketed and it has jewels in it. Path over to it and allocate that socket on the tree, then see if you can get it out. If not, allocate its sockets and see if that abyssal that shows on your character here pops in. If not, socket a medium jewel into each of its sockets and see if the abyssal pops into one of those.
I had something similar happen about 3-4 leagues ago.

I tried to make it work, but it is unclear what exactly is the process around those cluster jewels. What exactly should I do?
I don't have any jewels in clusters that aren't connected. All notes are connected properly to the starting point. Looks like it is bugged.

The issue happens if you have had any cluster jewels used on your char and then activate a full respec.....

These stuck clusters should show up in the tree on the site, he doesn't have them. I guess it's a very old character and it caused some problems.
