Can't refund passive points

Hi guys I cant refund or add any skill points, I took out every single cluster jewel in my build. Anyone got a solution?

" yes, you need to refund it "one by one" when it comes to cluster jewels. So if you have a large connected to a medium connected to a small/normal jewel, then you need to remove the small jewel first. Then remove the medium and that should gives you those points back. Now you can remove the large cluster jewel and get those points refunded. Also you needs to have lots of refunds points ready before you start this. This is not a TECH issue. It is a technical issue as it is probably a bug, I took out ALL of my cluster jewels without a problem. I tried to add 1 strength node, but I cannot refund that strength node. I have 40+ respec points and have no other connected node with that strength node.

" You can only refund a node if nothing else uses it or connected to it. Also if you removed your cluster jewels wrong, then passive tree protection is activated and you can't do anything until that is fixed. That is per game design of GGG. Lastly as you can see, your post have now been moved away from the TECH section. |

So how do I fix this? I have removed all my gems already, putting the jewels back in doesnt do anything. Literally I have a bricked character and it is definitely a bug?

First you must refund the passives allocated with impossible escape. You have two of them and it seems that this is the problem.

I have tried to refund impossible escape's 2 passives, still unable to. I have tried to settle everything by removing gems, still not working. And I have tried to allocate skill points to random sites, I could add it on, but not remove it. As you have seen at the tail end of the left of my skill tree, 2 strength was added, but I couldnt refund them. Shouldnt be affected by gems or whatsoever, so I can confirm that its a bug
