Is armor good at all? Advice?

Armour nodes are not that great IMO. Don't waste too many points on them.

Don't get me wrong tho, armour is good. The armour from grace + iron reflexes + a granite with 90% increased armour is good enough.


Molten shell might help too.
With 0 armour nodes, I have a measly 27% phy dmg reduction. But when I pop a granite flask, it jumps to 57%. Coupled with 4 endurance charges it jumps to 77%. I can tank phy dmg reflect mobs even when I am using a high phy dmg marohi erqi.

PS: 4 endurance charges because I took 1 extra endurance charge from bandit's quest.

That's the catch I ALWAYS have 80%+ reduction... I don't waste a slot with a flask or worry about duration....I don't use charges.. if I do I have almost 99% lol.... its just way better having it always at a very high reduction rather than a few second duration

To each of his own. I guess.
I have enough life and mana leech so I pretty much only need 1 or 2 hybrid flasks for 50% regen maps. That leaves 3-4 slots for other flasks. 1 granite, 2 speed.

armor is amazing. get as much as you can. i have 24k armor and facetank unique bosses in 70+ maps, they barely scratch me. armor only sucks when you don't have alot or enough of it.

Yeah Eddi, the flask is great but having the armor all the time is far better. Also, its only 4 seconds of armor time... that's horrendous.

Yeah, I do not use charges either. I like straight-forward killing and being able to stand around for a while. My other characters are a whole other issue though. I agree with Miley too.

my man! yep my leap slam marauder has 18k+ armor with auras, and he rolls through most 70+ maps, with granite he has 50k+ armor and even lvl 70+ brutus/cole w/e hits me for nothing with granite on.


I'd say once you hit 15k armor you start noticing a big difference and only gets better from there, if you have less than 10k armor... then you need to get more armor.
