Something like this would absolutely go against European and German Law:

I thought German ISP's gave that up when the world wide agreement was abbandon.
It's just strange that this "suddenly" have become an issue in the last 12 - 18 months.
Why is their peering suddenly so bad??
Why did they suddenly block GGG's Korean / Asian IP's and refuse communications from GGG (GGG stated that several e-mails was sent to German Telekom but never got a reply).
