Effort vs Rewards

It's passable in term of effort vs rewards; though there's a fair bit of variance. The most recent two leagues had/have an issue with the reward being too low for the effort.

There's also an issue with the amount of clicks required for late game crafting; the game needs more ways to compress the number of clicks required ni exchange for bulk currency or other forms of effort.
Rewards are fine in 3.20, provided you farm whats expensive at the time. However doing so means you dont get to play the content you actually want.

Trading for mapping mats is cancer, so is converting 999 types of currency into chaos or interrupting your playtime and wasting portals for 5-25c trades which make up a lot of the profit from a map. Raw divine drop rate is a joke - even in 200 iiq 150 irr t16 maps you see a divine only once a blue moon. The loot goblins dropping 50 alts and 10 alt shards are a ggg inside meme referring to the nonexistence of div shards. At least thats my head cannon on the matter.

Regardless, if you do at least 20-30 juicy maps a day, it wont take long to make bank. If you can't make it in a league there is always standard. Supposedly stuff is roughly 4x times as expensive in standard, but as of today hh is 30 div and mageblood can be had for 275 div there compared to 100 and 300 div in sanctum, respectively. If rares are priced at bananas levels, you can always read up and craft them yourself, that price stays the same between leagues.

I can barely tolerate 10-15 map per day, every other day, these days. I'm pushing 36 though and don't have ocd, so thats a "me" problem.

In conclusion, pls make trade semi auto - as long as the seller is online and their item is listed at an exact price, let them receive not a chat whisper, but a confirmation pop up. The seller can click yes to accept the deal while hes out doing content, no need to portal back. When he clicks the item appears in the buyers stash in a temp take only stash tab and the currency/item appears in the sellers stash in a temp take only tab.

There are many ways to get good amounts of currency.

For people who like to kill bosses, like to trade, like to kill huge amounts of Monsters and more.

Your Standard is either 40 divine per hour or you are clueless

Fuck! I made 20 this week with a lot of work.
Nope, the game gets worse every league. Somewhere along the line the game turned into Walmart.exe where everyone just buys and sells their way to success. What happened to the A in ARPG? Is this now a TRPG (Trader Role Playing Game)?

Roll me back to 1.3 where crafting was nothing more complicated than Chaos spamming and you didn't need top gear to not get instantly wrecked by a blue mob. The game is just a hot complicated mess these days and I know there's a bunch of people that enjoy that and are good at it, but I loath it and mourn the game that PoE used to be.

I know I'm in the minority here as most people that feel this way have long since left and I'm just being nostalgically stubborn.
i like the state of the game, i dont like current league mechanic however
Disregarding the league mechanic, I'm mostly happy about the state of the game. The Atlas passive tree lets you progress/earn by playing what you want to play. Sure, it's impossible to balance all of these mechanics 100% - and there will always emerge a "META way". But looking at BS "this is the best way" videos here and there, they are remarkable different from each other - and that's a good thing.

Do I wish that the RANDOM drop chance of Divine Orbs was higher? Yes. I think 98% of all of my Divine drops have come from "marked" monsters, "marked" chests, incubators, Metamorphs and so on. The amount from "random" mobs? Probably 1 or 2.

I also wish A LOT more builds were given a higher floor, without necessarily raising their ceiling - making them easier to "get going". But that's a different discussion, I guess.
Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.

Trading is all the effort you need to put in.

Also, AH will result in a no-effort game.
Without Standard PoE could be generous with the rewards players get but it seems every league they err on the side of caution and hold back rewards. The last League I felt like GGG rewarded players was Perandus League.
