Game difficulty needs a serious rework.

Keep in mind if you're playing trade that things like Essences and Scarabs can sell for a lot if you don't like to bother using them. I made around 15 div just dumping scarabs and essences in TFT for a few days. For 2ish divines you can get into 5 way services at level 90 which will get you to around level 95 as long as you remember to cap your chaos resistance and don't die. From there you should have plenty of passive points to build a pretty solid character.
The game has gone to hell since Archnemesis with all the new mods that rare mobs have. I can one-shot the Blackstar with my poison seismic traps but some trash mob with exploding crystals one-shots me. Archnemesis isn't gone it's just been renamed. All the tedious annoying mechanics are still around.

75% elemental res
30% chaos res
80 phys reduction
50K armor
100% spell suppression ( no 99% is useless it has to be 100)
block
evasion
5k hp
immunity to elemental aliments
immunity to corrupt blood


must run these auras: grace determination defiance banner tempest shield

cant fit in offensive auras? too bad

and after all that MAYBE you wont keep getting 1 shot in every map BUT your damage will be bad because you focused on defense not offense

i tend to feel that the folks at GGG really enjoy it when players die.

regardless of whether OP is a bad/inexperienced player, he does speak some truth.

the game tries so hard to kill you. at a point the enjoyment is lost and its just pure frustration.

ggg's implementation of AN meant to give players "interesting interactions"/memorable ones.

for me that translates to me remembering how i died in a way i felt was total BS.

there are many times that i died because of my own badplay but many others felt robbed and unfair.
