Challenges not granted despite completing them

I have had some challenges not proc for me for about two weeks now but I put off making a post about it because I thought a general fix might be deployed that would also fix my challenges. Since it hasn't happened yet I am making this post.

It concerns the following challenges:

Complete Ritual Encounters:
"Complete the final Opulent Ritual in a Map" - Did this one at least three times, did not trigger.

Temporal Detour:
"Defeat the Omnitect while it is augmented by at least two Tier 3 rooms in an area of level 83" - Did many of these did not proc, all the others did.

Complete Cartography:
"Complete every Map Bonus Objective on the Atlas (114/115)" - I've been on 115/115 since day 3 or 4 of the league and still this one hasn't procced.

Without these challenges I am already on 34/40 and am looking to finish the other ones too so would be nice if I could get the completion on these at some point in the near future.

They have to be very specific rooms - Augmented by Lightning/Minions/Fire (Conduit of Lightning, Crucible of Flame, Hybridization Chamber ). Those are the only rooms that will count. Unless you have had those rooms, not a bug.

1) Are you sure you did Opulent altars and not just any old altars? I ask because you said you did it "at least 3 times" in the past couple of weeks. I've only seen Opulent come up once this entire league. It can absolutely be the case you are a lot luckier than me but I've seen others not get the challenge because they thought any set of altars from one map would count.

Note that the one time I found it was a couple days ago and the challenge worked for me.

2) Make sure you have the correct T3 rooms. There are only 3 total rooms that augment the Vaal Omnitect and you need 2 of those in Area Level 83. This will not work with just "any 2 T3 rooms."

I definitely did a lot of ritual, my current playtime is about 11 days and 21 hours on my main and I know I have seen the opulent and completed it, although the last one was over a week back, I stopped focussing ritual after it didn't proc for what I believe was the third time.

The 114/115 is now fixed after the recheck command, and it also seems to have fixed the temple one, as after I did just one more and it did proc.

I will now go back to hunting opulent altars and will report back whether that is also fixed now.
