Mark on Hit not Triggering

As title says, my Mark on Hit stopped triggering (dont know when) sniper's mark.

I noticed this bug when I was playing venom gyre at league start. I'm sure the culling strike (it is likely that your snipers mark also works with a node tree skill and acts just like a culling strike) you have attached there works 100% but doesn't display an icon above the heads of specific opponents.
Here is my video of the "issue" as confirmation: https://streamable.com/ewaksh I know I used shotgun at the end of the video but i tested it on many mobs when I used this build and I'm sure culling strike worked, and for that to happen snipers mark had to be set on mob. So here is another bug because I am 100% sure that on the "bigger" bosses the culling strike worked as expected and the icon was not there in 9 out of 10 maps. Unless there is some hidden mech that finishes the hp of pinnacle bosses...lol

" The culling strike works when the monster is marked, but your setup made it difficult to constantly apply the mark. Your maximum unreserved mana was 57, your triggered mark cost ~52 mana, and Venom Gyre cost ~19 mana. Whirling Blades also cost 10 mana, so was not reliable for applying the mark. In order to apply the mark, you had to stop attacking, let your mana refill, and then hit the enemy with a blade was returning, chaining from a wall, or the like. |

Bumping this; Mark on Hit via oskarm is not functioning consistently in some maps and most zones in delve. This is somewhat inconsistent, but easy to reproduce. It does work in the campaign consistently it seems. This is not a mana issue for my build.
EDIT: it seems that if the mark is already applied to any mob in the zone, it cannot be reapplied to a new mob. This seems wrong, that's how it works for monster marks on players but not the other way around. @BeerPact Last edited by muir#5779 on Jan 4, 2023, 1:30:56 PM

The only workaround I've found is to pickup/replace the item, wiping the mark from your char's skills.
This (mark on hit from items) doesn't function like Mark on Hit Support or manual application of the mark. Surely this is a bug. @BeerPact

Oskarm Does not Apply Mark on hit.
Ive tested in maps slowly 1 rare at a time. Iv started new instances and went straight to bosses without attacking. I tested in campaign aswell. I have EB with 800 es i have whispers of doom and dropped curse so that the only one is assasins mark from oskarm. There is a bug here. Please have a look. Will bump this Razor121
