Spell suppression and high tier map surviveability

I think they realized that max res was out performing SS so they're just dumping on it.
While it hurts both it hurts max Res stacking more.

Instead of getting + x to + y extra fire and %As Extra Fire they just reduce our resistances and increase the damage we take. Simplified sure but also far more dangerous.

Well, at least stack enough DPS you don't have to engage with enemies still works.
...Which is incredibly boring.
