Opulent RItual challenge not working

I completed all 4 opulent altars on a T16 Crimson Temple Map and it didn't count to my achievements :'(

Hello, today I couldn't complete the challenge, did I die in the last ritual, will it matter?

This is still not working for me despite it being "fixed" in 3.20.1

I also have this problem. Will there be a general rollout for a fix?

It worked for me a couple of days ago. Based on seeing other threads with people who had issues, just make sure of the following:

1) You complete every ritual in that map w/o dying.

2) Make sure it is actually an OPULENT altar. There were people who did other random altar types and claim it is a bug. Opulent altars are SUPER rare. To give you an idea, my L99 guy (all from grinding maps) only ran into this altar ONCE and I have Wandering Path with the nodes for increased chance at special reward altars specced. So if you think you are running into this every other map, you are using the wrong type of altar.
