Turn them both off and unplug them for at least a minute. Re-run the MTR. PL goes away, you are good. Otherwise call your ISP, show them the MTR and ask them to help you fix what is obviously broken on their side. Different servers for different games are located in different areas. Joining Club Lag Spikes today ... game is currently no fun. https://pastebin.com/QRssATgD If I read this data correct "217.0.198.161" is the adress that causes the lag spikes for me, or not? And is it normal that the same IP-adress is in the list twice? According to https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1377789 "Packet loss and latency jumps early in your route, but after your home router" are a sign of ISP problems. I'm so not in the mood of spending my evening waiting in the Telekom hotline. I play things like dbd, valorant, cs, genshin and those are all pretty stable and fine. Only PoE acts different. I just tried to play it via VPN and suddenly not a single lagspike but i will surely not pay monthly for VPN just to play path of exile ... Had that for a couple months now- saw some video recommending exitlag. Currently using their 3d trial and it actually seems to work for me. Tested turning it off and had the lagspikes again lol.
