Sacred Blosson - The sacred Grove boss encounter

Found sacret blosson about a week ago... It dropped from "Janaar, the Omen". Kept it in my stash until today... Entered to the sacred grove by using Sacred Blossom in the map device. Fight started as usual it was rotating throught many cycles. The skill which I was using was shock nova, with some cold damage and high crit, so freezing could be possible. I was spending quite some time offscreen and jsut came by to damage it and ran again far out. The boss was appearing all across the layout other than bottom corner. It used the surronding vines attack 3 times. First time was around 25% of life... and other 2 times before it reached halfway point. After reaching around halfway(cant say exactly) the lifebar disappeared and the boss went to stasis. You were still able to see her icon on the minimap, you saw the boss but he was not moving or attacking. You were no longer able to damage her either. The "tree" oon the middle still kept on changing theme(red, purple, blue, yellow/greenish. If you moved to any direction from the close proximity of the boss(in stasis) vines would still appear endlessly from ground continuously attacking you. You are able to kill the vines but they come back always unless u go back to close proximity from the boss. I tried different movement skils(flame dash, blink arrow, smokemine, shield charge...), bringing vines to boss, attacking at the place she was but nothing started the action again. Also spent 30 minutes in the instance but nothing changed. Tried to leave the instance and die in the instance but nothing worked. The place where she went into stasis is shown in the picture. So lost my Sacred Blossom and hoping to get it back in order to finnish my challenge...

Read the stickies: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1733474 You need to get a bug report number while in the zone. Without it, GGG can't recreate the instance and find and fix issues.

I did send a bug report using in game chat command /bug <typing a long message here>. And it generated me a number. Are you telling me that they cant see the only number which was generated to my account? Was I supposed to copy the number and paste it here, and that is the only way for them to receive it?

I can't remember offhand if they see that number when you type it in game, I think it auto submits it to them, but don't quote me on that..

Yes, that's why you always attach it to your posts in some form, either along with it in the screen shot or via typing it out for them.

The stickies also tell you how to attach an image as well.

The issue sometimes is the language barrier.
User, example me, might be operating on another language, but I am trying my best...

Today found another sacred blossom,
used it immediately and everything worked as planned.
How ever, after encounter, when u leave the instance
and come back the Heart of the grove is still displaying the text:
"Interact to begin the encounter". Doesnt cause any issue,
and u cant start it again but just to point out.
