Archnemesis: Herald-minions must be nerfed. Here is why.

But people play HC SSF and get lvl 100, some of them also kill Uber Bosses, so game is fair. If you don't respect some game mechanics, ignore building defence or made mistakes during fights your characters sometimes rip, it's totally ok. Don't tell that game is unfair or GGG do something wrong if you can't beat even a cruel lab in HC.

So just because people make it to 100 means it's fair? I'm sorry, but that's nonsense. Are you saying Kripparian, one of if not the best players this game has ever seen doesn't know what he's talking about? What an absurd idea, that just because someone made it, that makes it fair. What's fair is dying to your own mistakes, making it 100 in HC by RNG does not mean it's fair.

Heralds are totally fine, stop crying. AN mechanics are awesome, they make PoE way more interesting.

So just because someone disagrees with you that mean's they're crying? Fantastic strawman...

"Ridicule is man's most potent weapon. There is no defense. It is almost impossible to counterattack ridicule. Also it infuriates the opposition, who then react to your advantage." - Saul Alinsky - Rules for Radicals
In a game where you can't ever see whats going on, it makes you rely too heavily on movement spam. My mind has shifted to how poor this mechanic will translate to Ruthless and I am dreading having to face it with limited movement. It shouldn't be as deadly as it is, even with capped and beyond res. Though, this isn't the worst mechanic in the game by far....
Seems we won guys.

Bye bye herald minions ;)
I'm extremely surprised and pleased.
Over 430 threads discussing labyrinth problems with over 1040 posters in support (thread # 1702621) Thank you all! GGG will implement a different method for ascension in PoE2. Retired!

Don't let your guard down. From what I gathered in that manifesto, GGG is merely breaking up all of the composite stat buffs from the respective AN mods and spreading them out individually. What this means is that we may still see heralding minion mechanics, but that's all it'll do and will have to compete with a greatly diluted pool of rare mods. The encounters might still happen, but they'll be few and far between compared to now.

Obviously this is an improvement, but we won't know if things like volatile blood, toxin balls, and heralding minions will be completely removed from the game until we see patch notes.
PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.

Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build!

And the winds will cry / and many men will die / and all the waves will bow down / to the Loreley
we will see :D
