Ok you clearly completed the questline, so the voidstones wont drop.
If Kirac doesnt store them for you, they might be sitting in your inventory. It might be possible to send the voidstone to their storage space by shift + clicking them, if the voidstones do have some sort of affinity Im not aware of. If thats the case, the voidstones are sitting in their storage bottom left on the Atlas page and you simply have to drag them over into their slots. Ive never heard of interaction like this but it might be a thing and Im honestly running out of ideas |

You have 2 of the voidstones (the 2 you are looking for) in that pic. The 2 you are missing are from Maven and Uber Elder.

Umm they are both sitting exactly where they are supposed to be.
See those 3 big circles at the bottom? Check the 4 slots below. 2 of those are filled with the voidstones you are looking for, the remaining 2 are empty. Maven and Uber Elder will drop those 2. |
