Hide gem level up in inventory with option

ive leveled up precision many times by accident. it only costs a scour.
actually it only costs like a transmute (buy a new lvl 1)

of all the qol's this is at the bottom of the list. it doesnt cost that
much and you rarely make this mistake. what has it cost you 4 scours?
its really the iritation of going back to town and into your stash
to vendor your gem yet again. hahaha. ruthless mode people could
actually F themselves for hours if they make this mistake.
