I have reworked every endgame Unique weapon in Path of Exile.

Dreamfeathers fine, its a bad weapon until you get to 1mil armour then its fundamentally busted.

This is because at realistic values it simply doesn't give enough damage, 50-100k armour is a very substantial investment on most builds and even at those values the weapon will be outclassed by basically anything. However when its giving you 2000% damage it gets to being the real only choice.

What it needs if they care about it being balanced is a value like the OP has suggested but with an up to 500% etc, alternatively if they don't care about armour stacks being busted just use it as suggested.

yes, I like to keep it on top of the forum for discussion and visibility, and also because I tinker with the reworks occasionally

When you make a thread on the right side there is a bump button if it can be bumped, you can only do it once every 24hours i believe and eventually a thread will become un-bumpable due to either inactivity or a period of time having passed im not entirely sure.
